Addiction
there are many addictions that we never realize that we may have already committed to it. watching tvs or watching movies, for instance, could be called as an addiction if we over do it. well, it’s all relative, and we may never know what the limit is.
i have been addicted to this online game since i knew it. it’s actually a card game but some ‘geeks’ in singapore made the game online so people around the world (or mostly singaporean and indonesian lol) can play and compete. the game is called CAPSA hehe. most indonesians must know this game. and i’ve been over a week playing it online at Viwawa. hehe try it guys! ^_^
anyway, i watched Hancock the other day and many people seem don’t like it very much. but i do like this movie a lot. it’s not a typical “superhero vs supervillain” type of movie, but more about a self determination of a lonely superhero. somehow this movie is similar what is taught by Jesus that love is the most powerful thing in this world. love can conquer even a powerful angels. being unloved makes people become more irrational and addictive to something (alcohol, for hancock).
People should see the movie from that angle so that they can really understand what’s going on. but hey, its a superhero movie, where kids are supposed to be the major and dominant viewers. and kids mostly only want the actions. so i’m not really surprised that the rating for this movie is not so good. ^_^
